REALIZING INSTITUTIONAL COMMUNICATION AND SOCIAL CAMPAIGNS BY PLAYING GAMES.
PLAYING GAMES IN ORDER TO SPREAD RIGHT LIFESTYLE AND TO INCREASE POPULATION’S AWARENESS OF SPECIFIC THEMES.
Health-quiz aimed to spread right lifestyles and to increase population’s awareness of interesting themes (as for example, blood and organs donation, etc.) by giving questions in two phases:
- A user – friendly web site realization, suitable just to logged users, with a customized layout, in order to provide a pleasant and quick navigation to the quiz setting and to the single questions management.
- A Mobile App realization, both for iOS and Android, that allows us to watch quiz and the start of the game on mobile devices, smartphone and tablet. The main feature of this service is the possibility for the users to best personalize the experience and the opportunity to share the information with a tutor.
The Health-quiz purpose is to test more or less young population’s knowledge level about specific themes and, at the same time, to notice reasons and possible correcting measures, related to the revealed gaps.
Health-quiz is, then, an important instrument for sanitary, healthcare and public structures that want to promote, in an innovative way, institutional and social campaigns and surveys on public themes.
The efficiency of the measurement will be evaluate depending some indicators:
- Quantity of software installation requests, by which the level of interest can be measured.
- Answer waiting times, to measure the theme’s knowledge level, in a real anonymous mode just to collect statistic data.
- Mistakes reporting, in order to start a strategy to improve the information/quiz.
- User experience evaluation and consequent change, according to the reported necessities.
These indicators have to be linked to the relative detectors and actuators, which have to allow, at a technical level, a real time or a postponed measurement, in order to create a different report for each different indicator.
